Can't delete certain objects

Karkand tall buildings wont work, trees either.

@JoseFigueiras you dont need maploader and mapeditor together anymore. Also dont use cinematictools at the same time, just in case it causes conflicts or something.

This needs to be tested again, without running MapLoader and CinematicTools.
