Clarify which ADO PAT secret is for which ado instance

Right now we have 2 different secrets, that are used for 2 different ADO Orgs, but the names don't imply which is for which. I think we can avoid future confusion by changing them to:

  • ADO_PAT_MICROSOFT
  • ADO_PAT_OFFICE
