Fix release 0.9.1 changelog link and some small spelling issues

A few small fixes:

  • 0.9.1 link was double defined
  • Small CSpell updates and fixes.

If I recall, doings this from a fork can't use any Repo secrets, and therefore CI cannot run :( - but these are docs only changes.
