When you build the lib could you please not omit comments from interfaces image pls change to false https://github.com/Azure/fetch-event-source/blob/main/tsconfig.json#L13C10-L13C24

It will be helpful to have a description above the property and not waste time reading the source code

This is basically dead. People are making their own enhancement on top of it on many forks.
