I am not sure what is confusion here. The line number if 657 and it also shows the exact code segment in the comment here: "continuationToken". Our next link in Collection response returns the link along with values of paginated query parameters, one of them being ContinuationToken. If user is using Swagger UI to go to next link, it can provide the value of paginated query parameters from the next link as in Swagger UI, there is no direct option to provide the request url. However if user is using CLI/ SDK to make the call, it can directly use the next link.

Didn't really understand your answer here (I don't know what Swagger UI refers to), but IIUC, your "continuationToken" parameter should be named $skipToken, per RPC: https://github.com/Azure/azure-resource-manager-rpc/blob/master/v1.0/resource-api-reference.md#pagination.

Hi @dhruvesh, This is an empty body POST call used for Actions like report download, etc.
