ASR EdgeZone to EdgeZone support

Description

  • Modify the enable protection to also accept RecoveryExtendedLocation as parameter
  • Modify the create recovery plan to add three new scenarios:
    • EdgeZoneToEdgeZone
    • EdgeZoneToAzure
    • AzureToEdgeZone
  • Removed -RecoveryVmName from A2A parameter set of ASR enable protection
