[Feature Request] Set Team Admin on Project Team

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. After creating a team I cannot set the management of that team to anyone using az devops cli.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like the ability to set a user or group as team admin on the team I just created or at the time you create the team.
