Unable to connect to ACR when connected to ATT network
Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Unable to login to the ACR that is on the ATT subscription connected to a ATT network though enabled all the network can access the ACR.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- docker login <acr_name>
Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. Should be able to connect to the ACR and tp pull and push images to it when connected to ATT network Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

- OS: [e.g. Ubuntu, Windows]
- Azure CLI/PowerShell/SDK version
- Docker version
- Datetime (UTC) when the issue occurred
- Registry and image names
