For each loop creating when there is already a For each loop, which then prevents saving

Describe the Bug with repro steps

Attempting to update an existing 'Create a work item' for VSO, adding an additional dynamic field creates a For Each above the existing For Each instead of letting me update the existing tree. This then prevents saving any updates and errors, and the only way to fix it is to manually recreate the entire tree again. It shouldn't create a new For Each when there already is one.

I have just tested this repro in our current production build of Designer and am no longer seeing this issue.
