Minimal steps to reproduce

When using existing openAi service and model, change variables AZURE_OPENAI_CHATGPT_DEPLOYMENT and AZURE_OPENAI_GPT_DEPLOYMENT not works.

OS and Version?

Windows 11 in powershell.
