Deployment is too slow

The deployment is too slow, as it takes almost 2 hours with just 200 pdf files. Can we do something to make deployment faster, as this solution not feasible for the large data sizes. Please advice. Thanks!

same problem here. Deployment takes 35 min!

We've moved to container apps which has faster deployment, closing.
