Can't answer question use data.

When I asked the example question like : "What is included in my Northwind Health Plus plan that is not in standard?"

The AI answered : "I'm sorry, but I don't have any information about the Northwind Health Plus plan or its coverage."

That usually means that no data was indexed. When you run ./scripts/prepdocs.sh (or ./scripts/prepdocs.ps1, are there any errors? What is the size of your index when you open it in Azure AI Search?
