Overwrite with versions from template not success

after selected: Overwrite with versions from template the files that i deleted comes out again. How could I deleted the default files?

OS and Version?

Windows 7, 8 or 10. Linux (which distribution). macOS (Yosemite? El Capitan? Sierra?)
