Facing the following issue while deployment:

To restore the resource, you must specify 'restore' to be 'true' in the property. If you don't want to restore existing resource, please purge it first. Looks like you need to purge your document intelligence before running "azd up". This will delete/purge your last document intelligence. Log into portal as per screenshot and purge the service.

Your error indicates you do not have enough quota to provision the service. This could be due to a few things but usually happens when you run the deploy script multiple times in a day and/or share an OpenAI subscription with other processes. You can check your quota for your subscription in Azure AI Studio.
