Minimal steps to reproduce

simply run the project the default way git clone https://github.com/Azure-Samples/azure-digital-twins-unreal-integration cd azure-digital-twins-unreal-integration ./deployment/deploy.ps1

Any log messages given by the failure

The resource type could not be found in the namespace 'Microsoft.TimeSeriesInsights' for api version '2020-05-15'

Expected/desired behavior

Deployment is completed, and a config file is made available for Unreal plugin

Windows 11, all other platforms

Mention any other details that might be useful

The Azure leadership has decided to retire azure TSI, a key component for achieving this solution. It is requested that maintainers rework the solution and remove the TSI provisioning. The unreal Plugin also needs to be reworked
