When attempting to add the Xamarin apk to our enterprise Managed Google Play the following error is displayed.

Please note that I currently have an open Microsoft Premiere Support Case #2108170040006181.

"Release is not compliant with the Play 64-bit requirement."

I discovered that for some unknown reason, Visual Studio / Xamarin is not building 64-bit versions of the lib files even though the build settings are set for any CPU.
