apim api get doesn't give the list of APIs

Bug description

apim api get -s is not giving the list of APIs even after filtering it with -org. apim app get works fine.

Tested with versions 1.14.4, 1.14.5, 1.14.6 and 1.14.11. It is the same behavior.
