apim-cli export using api-path doesn't work

Bug description

Hi Team, We are using 7.7 Feb'24 supported apim-cli version 1.14.4 and exporting API using api-path doesn't work. It says no existing API found and loopkup for the apipath as 'C:/Git/apim' Please find the debug logs below:
