When a payment plan is deleted, there should be a notice mentioning this will still bill the subscribers even on canceling the payment plan.

There should be an option to move the subscribers of a payment plan to move to another payment plan. This should notify the subscribers via email sharing information of the updated payment price and an option to discontinue their subscription.
