Swiping down doesn't work as expected sometimes on the podcast playing screen

Description

Sometimes swiping down on the podcast playing screen doesn't work as the up-next section appears instead and so another swipe down is needed to dismiss the podcast player.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

I could not reproduce it consistently but if we switch between up next and podcast player screen a few times as shown in the video, we can notice this issue occasionally.

It hasn't been fixed till now. I've been facing this issue for months and was about to create my own bug report but saw this instead. Devs, this is important, please prioritise this.

I wonder if this could be related to the first swipe to open the Up Next queue not working issue (https://github.com/Automattic/pocket-casts-android/issues/371).
