Quick summary

When you view the weekly overview on the WP Admin dashboard, the hover labels on the bars are not formatted neatly.

This isn't an issue for any of the other labels.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to WP Admin dashboard
2. View the Stats widget on the dashboard
3. Switch to weekly
4. Hover over any of the bars

The labels should be neat and easy to read.

The labels are smashed together at the top.

I was also able to reproduce it on a test site with latest Jetpack and date_format being F j, Y when viewing the Weekly Stats:

Sorry I didn't manage to get onto it last week. I just had look and it seems to be related to https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/pull/89369, where the long formats are overridden. I'll fix it by using LL format for weeks, and will leave it for @candy02058912 to double check whether it works okay on Simple. Thanks all.
