Save to WordPress causes error loop. code 400

Open emilio-gagliardi opened this issue 8 years ago • 2 comments

Hi there,

I installed the Chrome extension and connected it to the WordPress installation with JetPack installed and activated. When I clicked the Save button it started working and then just started throwing errors with the code 400. When I checked WordPress a Draft had been created but only the Title was set, the rest of the Post of empty.

Is there a workaround for this?

Thanks kindly,

@eco-emilio Thanks for trying it out and letting us know there's a problem! Are you able to share the document with me so I can see if that is causing the error? My email address is [email protected]

@eco-emilio I got the document and was not able to reproduce the issue. That means might be an issue with your Jetpack site, or it may be caused by the post settings you used.

What is the URL of the Jetpack site you are using? Do you have another site you can test this with?

Can you send a screenshot of the tags & categories?

Did you use the "Post" post type or another?

I'll see what I can figure out to help get you connected.
