Cannot see hub via code but can see through BIM360 portal

Using the same account (e.g. [email protected]) I can browse through projects and access models in a specific hub whereas the same hub is not shown using this example code. I can see other hubs through the code though (which is also visible via portal) What am I missing?

@talebi Does your BIM 360 Hub provide provision for the Forge App?

@JohnOnSoftware I'm not sure how to check on that. If you mean adding the custom integration as explained here no we haven't added that. But how come we can see some hubs but not others through code? non of the hubs have our Forge app integration.
