1.Added new class GetAccountUpdaterJobDetails.

  1. Added code for fetching the new and old card details for updated profiles.

  2. Added code for fetching the card details for deleted profile.

  3. Added code for fetching subscription id in both updated and deleted profile,

  4. Added new test method for the new class created in the test runner.

  5. Added case statement for new class in samplecode.java file.

Review complete. Ready to be merged. Travis CI checks will continue to fail until corresponding SDK changes are released.
