[Tetra] Alarm does not vibrate

Describe the bug Alarm app unlocks the device, but does not vibrate the device.

To reproduce

  1. Set alarm
  2. Wait for alarm
  3. Notice watch turns on, but does not vibrate

Expected behavior Very strong vibration
