[Tetra] opkg update has chance to prevent booting

Describe the bug libzstd is removed via opkg

# systemctl reboot
systemctl: error while loading shared libraries: libzstd.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

To reproduce

1. Flash older build of asteroidOS, very old
2. Connect to device
3. Run opkg update & upgrade
4. See if error happens

Expected behavior Package manager does not fail
