Issue with reliably reconnecting watch.

If I have my watch connected and wander too far from my phone the watch disconnects. Then when I get back in range the phone seems to have a hard time reconnecting. I can open the app and it will say connecting, then I get a notice on the watch saying they are connected, but the phone doesn't register the connection. So my phone will be left saying disconnected and my watch saying it is connected.

Same here. It seems clearing the app's data from the phone settings, then re-pairing works most of the time.

I downgraded to v0.7 and it works much better.

I have the exact same problem (tetra watch says "Connected" but phone says "Connecting...") and confirm it works better with 0.7, but not every time :disappointed: What logs would be useful to help diagnose the problem?

Could you please try again with AsteroidOSSync 0.9 ? It should be available on F-Droid in the upcoming days.

I'll do that. Is there an APK available anywhere right now?

The APK isn't available anywhere and there has been a build problem on the F-Droid servers with 0.9.

Hopefully, 0.10 should build properly and be distributed by F-Droid soon-ish. Thanks for your patience.

I tested with 0.10 and it works way better :+1:
