Latex (Feature Request)

I saw this extension on reddit just today and am already finding it very enjoyable. (The multiple pages feature is really great.) However, I'm trying to create an answer key for a math test and would like to be able to add equations to the markdown notes. I know that the Markdown Preview Enhanced extension does have support for math equations, so I would like to request Latex math typesetting in Markdown.

I'm going to look at the possibility of adding it. It depends on how the parser I use allows for that or not. But if it does I'll definitely add it.

Thanks for considering the suggestion! The more involved markdown features are really cool but aren't exactly necessary. I haven't authored an issue before, so should I close this, or leave it open as a feature request?

I managed to get it implemented but it's still not perfect, as I wasn't able to bundle the needed fonts. Still working on it but it might take some time
