Missing text, misplaced text, etc.

The dots at the top of each kanji are suppose to be like our italic or bold but for some reason it messes up textractor, same way when there is furigana on top of text, Is there a way to fix this?

Turn off repetition filter in settings and remove 'Remove Repeated Phrases' extension and use regex filter (.)\1\1\1 might work.
