pdf2docx fails on the pdf generated by LaTex from the document with LaTex documentclass=uspatent

Problems in DOCX:

• The text is shown in 2 columns instead of 1 column on page#3
• Page#4 is left empty for some reason
• Formulas aren't displayed at all - they should be displayed as images
• The text in the end of the document is scrambled
