[Feature] 可以把Telegram的推送消息格式默认设置成markdown吗

看了下 https://github.com/nikoksr/notify/blob/main/service/telegram/telegram.go 是支持markdown格式的

也许在 Artalk/internal/notify_pusher/base.go 加一行就可以了?

telegramService.SetParseMode(“ModeMarkdown”）
