I add a digital clock project

add a digital clock project

project21_digital_clock directory create by me, where I make this project

I update readme file and add my project on the project lists

according to instructions on readme file make a new branch name add21 and after making project I add commit and push check the clock if you like then merge it in your repo as my small contribute to your repo

accept it if you like the project

Here's the image of ui, here i don't show box-shadow if you need to use box shadow then comment out the box-shadow property which i already wrote in my style.css file
