How do I return the "Action" tab - Tabactionssimple?

You could change the layout to a custom version : when changing the layout from advanced to custom

the config file save the display layout (here C:\Users<insertYourName>\Documents\Mission Planner\config.xml). There is "displayview" tag and inside you need to change (with MP closed !) "displaySimpleActionsTab": false, to true

Also (i didn't about it earlier) you can simply change it with right clicking on the Tab action list and select "customize" then check the box "tabActionsSimple" to make it visible
