Install Firmware's All Options displays scary error message

During the release of AP-4.3.0-beta1 I found that pushing the All Options button displayed a big scary error message. I suspect there is something wrong with the manifest (and this will be likely corrected soon) but I think a more user friendly error message in these cases would be nice.
