follow support should use the follow messages

the setup->advanced->follow option in MissionPlanner sends GUIDED WP, when it should send the two supported FOLLOW mode messages, which are GLOBAL_POSITION_INT and FOLLOW_TARGET you could send the GUIDED WP as well for compatibility, but definately should send FOLLOW_TARGET or GLOBAL_POSITION_INT so that FOLLOW mode works
