Log Browser: Param viewer not showing all changes

While analysing log 59.BIN from this discussion I initially thought that perhaps the user was not following my advice to set the ATC_STR_RAT_FF parameter to 0.8 but upon further inspection it seems that the parameter viewer was simply not showing some of the changes to the parameter in the log.

I really like this parameter viewer but it is important that it show the correct information or it leads the support engineer astray.

Another small bug is that if you look at the graphing portion of the screen shot above you'll see it says "Line Number" in white text but the "Time" check box is checked and so the lower scale is not really line numbers but instead seconds.
