[BUG] - webp shown as a static image

Describe the bug Webp is not supported as much as gif. While the image is still properly displayed, it is not animated as it should be.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Import an animated webp image.
2. Click on the image in the folder it was imported to.
3. The image is displayed but it is static.

Expected behavior The image should be animated just like gif.

Screenshots Not applicable as animation wouldn't be captured.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
• OS: Android 9
• Version release-1.5.2 (19)

Checked version 1.7 as well, same result.
