Failed to load printer configuration: stream did not contain valid UTF-8

After performing the dump of the config to a json file, when I try to manually run klipper estimator in post-process mode, I get the error

Failed to load printer configuration: stream did not contain valid UTF-8

I've attached my config as well as a sample of the gcode I'm trying to run this on.

I've been trying to figure out why it's not processing some gcodes and is processing others.
