Idea for import/export workflow

Hi,

I had to do some export/import in SpeakGPT so I had a few constructive thoughts.

1. Maybe the import chat button would be better in the control center than in the chat list
2. Adding a "export all" button in the control center would be nice, leaving the user in control of his/her data

I wanted to do some statistics on my chats and noticed that there was no way to do a bulk export of all my chats at once as json. As I had already made that requests some time ago I just wanted to reiterate my interest for that feature.

This change is planned to do in the following way:

• Instead of removing import button I will stay it where it is because user may confuse about how to import chats.
• Instead of putting export all to the control center, I will extend bulk action bar functionality so user can export multiple to all chats in one place.
• Additionally its planned to add ability to export chats with settings.

Changes are planned in the next few versions.
