[Feature] Bulk create the entirety of an answer file

I currently use an answer config with almost 150 stacks defined and given the particulars of my role I need access to all of them. It sure would be nice to be able to bulk create the entire drawbridge config in one fell swoop.

drawbridge create --stack_name=* is my dream: create configs for everything drawbridge knows how to create.

hey @majick sorry I completely missed this issue. If I'm reading your request correctly, you'd like to create all those stack configs using defaults?
