Fixed with version [0.9.3](https://github.com/AmatCoder/mednaffe/releases/tag/0.9.3). Thanks for the report!
I can't promise anything but some screenshot showing the issue would help me.
I think that I fixed this issue with commit 8021b8e. If you want test it I have uploaded an updated executable here: ~https://upload.disroot.org/r/jMzMRf2Y#7iTwFVJqlqXXLbGuv7LztoGxu1/W/kbuXZFRooh8+qA=~
Yes, it seems that a few antivirus detected it as a threat: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/2f97d2be739598eb6976ef72e18f3ab7f0aab766a03fdc73526882eabd269009 But it happens also with official release: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/7671672dcc88bac3fff70c03942c9c9c1720fbdffac9090582b9940fb180c42c I will delete it anyway. Thanks for testing!

Wow thanks for this! I barely have time for this project but I try to review it. Also this could be useful for BSD distributions!
Not dead but I don't have time for this (and others fun projects) lately, sorry. :(
Yes, _mednaffe.res_ in repository is a i386 file because Mednaffe is only distributed as a 32-bit application under Windows. You need recompile it if you build it to another architecture.
You could workaround this easily by using a symlink.
