Update README.md with Animation to Slide In

I have updated the README to include an animation that can be added to any element. This is to slide in upon load.

Thanks. Let me think about this one for a bit. Animation in CSS is a broad topic (there are some really good repos on the subject: animate.css and Awesome CSS Animations. I'm wondering where this tip might best fit.
