Description
Replace the default Twimoji emotes with the infinity superior Mutant emote standard. (Or other emojis like google noto)

Mutant has different levels it can be implemented, but when done to it's fullest it supports both multiple creatures and multiple colours. CTC did try to implement this but it never worked properly. The ideal of course would be to have all of these unique quality fully working, as they are a significant part of what makes mutant great. If in-drawer changing proves too difficult, an option to change these appearances within the plug-in settings would also work perfectly fine!

I'm working on this and plan to implement all popular emoji editions. I already got Noto working nicely, but mutant is giving me a bit of trouble as they don't seem to have all emojis so some aren't changed at all and they use a weird format in their file names so it's hard to match them correctly to discord emojis
Did I understand correctly you want all mutant emojis (even those that don't follow the standard) to be usable? People without the plugin would see junk

It would be nice if they all were available, the ones which are unsupported could just be sent as small images similar to how emoji spoofing works? I feel like that would be better than something only visible to other plugin users.
Also yeah mutant is behind a bit unfortunately, I'm not sure when they are planning on adding more either. I could always just make some of the more significant missing emotes, wouldn't be hard, they have a pretty simple style.
I'd like to be able to use this, I don't like current emojis, either Facebook Emojis or Google Emojis.
