DocHieNet Model and dataset not found

The links of dataset and model weights in the README of DocHieNet are pointed to the page itself. And I search in modelscope with keywords DocHieNet , got nothing. So, anyone knows where to download the dataset and model weight? By the way, the paper is accepted by ACL, so why are the paper and the things behind it treated a little bit differently?
