OK. Nothing unusual. Tapo camera usually don't have high resolution/bitrate to have packet loss. Perhaps the code that receives packets is not written optimally.

Unfortunately I've been busy on other projects and haven't looked into this problem yet.
That's great. I've been tweaking RTMP support for OpenIPC cameras. And I plan to improve RTMP protocol even further.
