non removal of obsolete entity

after a media entity was removed from the system i wanted to place the correct entity. but it got added instead of replaced and i get an error.

[ did fix it my bringing in the old entity back deselect it and remove the entity again ]

I'm experiencing this right now. Going to try adding it back and removing.

Having issues with this fix. Any thoughts? Where in SA would this entity be stored?

Just delete and setup integration again
