Not listed as voice assistant device
Maybe it does not even work yet as I am not at home right now, but I added two cameras as mic and media player via WebRTC and wondered why my assistant menu only shows my Onju voice and not three devices now. Likely only some visible flaw and still working, but just wondering. Real test of the two "new" assistants will follow as soon as I am back home.
Voice devices and voice assistants are different things. I haven't seen that Hass can display a list of voice devices.
It can/should though:

OP's screenshot is of the wrong page, the right button under the list of assist (pipelines) shows the devices.
They also expose vad and pipeline relates entites.
