add ADC support

Hi, I have implemented the analogRead function and written an simple example for ADC testing.

I just tested it with CH32v003J4M6 on A6 & A0 and it works perfectly, thank you very much.

I have just seen another PR and I merged that, now your PR has a merge conflict...

Could you fix it? Then I will merge this one too.

In a few weeks I will try to get this repo up-to-date with the newest ch32v003fun and the other chips.
