iplug now supports targeting .clap so can you release a .clap format

This is technically feasible (I did most of the CLAP work for iplug2 in fact) but it is a matter of time to create the right changes to projects so that a clap build is enabled. Certainly something I'd like to include, but no timeline at present. If anyone is in a rush and wishes to take an attempt at doing the work and make a PR that would be appreciated.
