I believe this is due to `mapdb` declaring some dependencies with a version range. See #917 for details, it is basically the same cause.

@davidbuzatto also try starting with an empty userdir. Your userdir is indicated in the About dialog, try deleting or moving it elsewhere.

This is not a problem: it usually happens in applications built on the NetBeans Platform that do not include all the modules of the NetBeans IDE, the Darcula LAF does...
